SEEK scholarships are available for qualifying teachers.

Meet Our Staff
Mimi lives in beautiful Boynton Beach, Florida with her husband and two children. Growing up in Sweden, her mother had a Family Childcare in their home so she grew up learning what a big difference high quality early childhood education can make in a child's life. Mimi has a Master's degree in Brain-Based teaching and loves to incorporate the latest research and best practices in her trainings.
Trainer -English and Spanish
Wendy, originally from Cuba, lives in Boca Raton, Florida, with her husband and two children. She works as curriculum coordinator for the Peter Blum YMCA Preschool where she develops and delivers outcomes driven trainings for the preschool staff in a variety of topics. Wendy holds a Master’s degree in Brain-Based teaching and a Doctoral degree in Instructional Leadership and Early Childhood education.
Tatiana "Taty" Rego
Taty, originally from Venezuela, lives in Loxahatchee, Florida, with her two sons and her basset hound Rocky. Her vast experience in early childhood includes developing and delivering outcome driven trainings in all areas of early care and education, parent education, director's credentials, DCF Trainer (40 hours Early Childhood Courses). Taty teaches in both Spanish and English.
Anna von Lattorff
Anna, originally from Austria, lives in Boynton Beach, Florida, with her husband and four amazing children. Her expertise is in the field of art therapy, sensory integration and Montessori curriculum.
She currently offers the training "A Conscious Approach to Art" at several sites in Palm Beach County.
Angelica, lives in sunny Boynton Beach, Florida with her amazing 14 year old son.
When she is not busy enjoying the children at SD Spady Elementary Montessori school, she loves to read and root for her two favorite teams the Dallas Cowboys and the Miami Dolphins.
Mary A."Taffy" Grantham
Taffy has been teaching children and adults for almost 50 years. She is a graduate of UCF and has experience as a public school teacher, preschool teacher and Montessori program assistant before joining Family Central as a Resource Mobile Specialist, a coach and trainer for Family Child Care providers and a Resource Library assistant. Taffy currently enjoys working as a reading tutor for young learners, a consultant for family child care providers and a trainer with Training Solutions.
